- lock-in (do the above events in an all night lock-in)
- could we hold two lock-ins - the standard Halloween lock-in and then a lock-in only for those teens who participate in Teen Read Week (a super-lock-in)?
- What about a sleepover???
- program
- program hasn't done well here the past couple of years
- run teen read week without a reading program
- was thinking of not doing a reading component but giving away prizes for those who post to the Teen Review during that week
- teens seem to still want the reading portion
- need incentives - the super lock-in could be an incentive

- depends on the movie - show something new
- possible show the old time cartoons
- use movie as a filler for months we can't come up with stuff to do
- book club
- want to keep book club
- option of making book club online or through skype
- don't want it only online - could we combine in person and online? possibly
- Dates for Advisory Meeting
- request to think about availability for the fall
- do we keep the Wednesdays at 5:00 - (votes - yes)
- recruitment is going to be necessary
- possibly send out a flyer to the schools (upper elementary 5th grade, middle and high school)
- Teen Newsletter
- do we still want to publish - yes
- new layout - making it a single page double sided
- front side will contain the feature article, new to the shelf, book talk, fun & games, and maybe a bit more if it fits. The back side will be the list of the events for each season (3 months worth).
- prefer this to the large library newsletter - we want to find our stuff quickly and not have to look though all the other stuff
- idea - could we make the fun & games section a challenge so that if you complete it and bring it in you can get a prize? Could but all the prizes might be a problem financially but we'll look into it.
