    • plan to have seating area, computer area and of course all the ya materials will be moved to the new section.  Which will be located closer to the children's room - not in the children's room (where the music cds are currently located)
    • Reason for moving it closer to kids - the youth services librarian will be better able to help both age groups (which is part of her job) if the sections are closer together.  Plus YA will not be neglected having it closer to its supervising librarian.

  • BN visit - 1st dibs
    • place your name in the book you want first
  • Concerns/Comments
    • Are we going to do another theater visit?  A: we can but it has to be specific.  The Movie has to be rated G/PG and has to be based on a book.  Reasons: the rating is the only way to get funding and the based on the book is how this is library appropriate
    • Can we do Hunger Games #2? A: Probably not as the movie likely be rated PG-13
    • Could we do a movie visit with just the Teen Advisory Board?  A: its possible but funding may be difficult and the same requirements would apple.  What if we all just showed up at the theater together and paid our own way?  A: Yes that could be done, but you could do that on own and not through library unless you want it as an official event.
  • Next meeting - November 20th at 5:00 (short meeting).
